| What are your standard slip sizes? |
Liberty Dock common slip sizes are:
SLIP SIZE Length x Width |
OVERALL SIZE Length x Width |
| 26 x 10 |
30 x 18 |
| 32 x 12 |
36 x 20 |
| 38 x 14 |
42 x 22 |
| 44 x 16 |
48 x 24 |
| 50 x 18 |
54 x 26 |
The standard “bridge” clearance (the distance in feet from the waterline to the lowest point of the roof) is equal to the slip width (a 14’ wide slip would have a minimum 14’ tall bridge clearance). The docks come with a 30’ long ramp (42” wide) as standard, but other sizes can be special ordered depending on the contours of your particular shoreline.

| How big of a dock can Liberty make? |
| Our standard components are designed for docks up to 60 feet in length and 20 feet in width with a “bridge” clearance of 20 feet. If you have special needs requiring sizes larger than 60 x 20 w/ 20’ clear, please work with your dealer or consult with us directly at 1-877-864-3625. We can make special designs yet, understandably, they take more time to complete and install. |
| What if I want to add on to my dock at a later time? |
| This is what separates Liberty Dock from the others. All of our components are modular, so additions are not a problem. Each component has been designed to add on to the next one; all pre-drilled, lined up, and ready to go! We even have an add on kit that allows you to expand an existing dock so that it works perfectly in concert
with your present structure. You will be pleased at all the options you will have, because “this is my last boat” ranks right up there with “the checks in the mail”. |
| Can I add a swim deck to your standard docks? |
| Absolutely! We can supply your dealer with many different swim deck options, starting as small as 4’ x 10’ and as large as your imagination. |
| How long will it take to receive my dock? |
| After you have your drawings approved by the local governing body (if any) and you and your Dealer have come to agreement on all the details, we can give your Dealer an exact date as to when all the components will be ready. Your dealer will then take that information and give you an install date on your lake. Liberty has a goal of shipping most docks within 30 days, and we select dealers based on their ability to install our docks in a timely manner. |
| What are the up front costs to become a dealer? |
Technically, very little! Liberty Dock is not a Franchisor. We are a supplier. If you have the normal equipment that you’ve been using to install other marine products (boat lifts, for example) then it is likely you have all the tools you need to install Liberty Docks. There may be “job specific” tools that will make your job easier, and we would be happy to help a prospective dealer with creating a list based on their needs and resources.
A committed dealer will likely want to make an investment in inventory based on the particular needs of their lake. Typically, this is an investment of common anchoring components, cable, winches, dock cleats, etc. Liberty Dock ‘quick ships’ all main components of the dock itself so that the dealer doesn’t have to stock them unless they want to.
